Staff Announcement

February 4, 2022:  National Committee for Religious Freedom Chairman Sam Brownback today announced the following personnel additions to the NCRF staff: 

Sean Woo will continue to serve as Executive Director of the NCRF on a voluntary basis. Sean was most recently Chief of Staff of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at the US Department of Agriculture. He previously served on the staff of then-Senator Sam Brownback and as Chief of Staff of the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, also known as the U.S. Helsinki Commission. Sean is an attorney and former biotechnology company executive.  

Pam Pryor will be a Senior Advisor and work with the National Advisory Board and general membership, including the state chapter network. She previously served as Acting Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs at the State Department. Pam has a 30-year history of coalition building and religious freedom work in both the legislative and executive branches.  

Keely Daniels will serve as Executive Administrative Assistant. Keely is a former intern at the Religious Freedom Institute, International Christian Concern, and the Office of Senator Tim Scott in South Carolina and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Social Public Policy at Liberty University.

Sam Choi, a philosophy major at George Mason University, will be an intern for the Spring 2022 semester.

“I am delighted with the staff we are putting together to defend religious liberty in this country,” Ambassador Brownback said. “This team will help the NCRF ensure every American has the right to practice and live their faith as enshrined in the First Amendment.”
